In civilian guise, sixth-grade educator Earl Dickerson is the 2010 Montgomery County Teacher of the Year. When he puts on his uniform as a member of the 908th Airlift Wing, he brings his organizational skills to the Logistics Readiness Squadron. While training at the wing, he learns valuable management techniques he uses in the classroom.
