Commander of the 908th Airlift Wing, Col. Christopher K. Lacouture, transfers the 908th Mission Support Group guidon to Col. Donna M. Whittaker, new 908th MSG commander, during an assumption of command ceremony Oct. 14, 2023, at Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama.
