Chief Master Sergeant Kristen Maloney, Command Chief

Chief Master Sergeant Kristen M. Maloney is the Command Chief, 908th Airlift Wing, Maxwell Air Force Base, Montgomery, Alabama. She advises the Commander on all matters concerning the health, morale, welfare, readiness, and effective management of more than 1,200 Total Force Airmen within the Wing. In this capacity she also provides direction on career and professional development, training and equipping our combat ready forces, and recognition programs.

Chief Maloney entered the Air Force Reserve in 1998 as a services technician and was stationed at 934th Airlift Wing, Air Reserve Station, Minneapolis, Minn. She has served in contingencies from Noble Eagle, Operation Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, and Inherent Resolve. Additionally, Chief Maloney has led numerous teams through state-side and world-wide joint exercise missions and inspections. She balances her Air Force career alongside her civilian position as a Business Initiative Consultant for leading financial firm. In this role she leads teams through change management, process improvement, and execution. Prior to assuming her current position, Chief Master Sergeant Maloney served as the 934th Mission Support Group Senior Enlisted Leader.
