The AY 19-20 Reserve Developmental Education Designation Board (RDEDB) was held October 22-26, 2018, at HQ Air Reserve Personnel Center, Buckley Air Force Base, Colorado. During the proceedings, the RDEDB designated students to attend in-residence Intermediate Developmental Education and Senior Developmental Education Courses for Academic Year 2019-2020. An alphabetical list by last name of Air Force Reserve selects and alternates can be found here. There is no order of merit. Additionally, the outbrief can be found here

Selected members were matched to their respective course based upon the needs of the Air Force Reserve followed by consideration of the individual's preferences. Selects may not negotiate exchanges of schools. If a school change is necessary, it will be at the discretion of AFR senior leadership with my approval. Selectees and their respective chain of command should ensure selectee's availability for their designated schools, including avoidance of conflicting tours, unless such tours are absolutely mission essential.

Alternates will be selected to fill vacant quotas based on needs of the Air Force Reserve. Officials from HQ AFRC/AIKO will contact the alternate and advise the member of their selection.
