Murder on 31
Tech. Sgt. Sean Kassebaum, Master Sgt. Jonathan Griswold, Tech. Sgt. Christopher Hines, and Master Sgt. Judith Johnson came across a murder victim just after leaving the Saturday Unit Training Assembly with the 908th Aeromedical Evacuation, May 12., on a stretch of Highway 31 west of Maxwell AFB, Ala. The man had been cut from ear to ear and been dumped on the road. Despite their attempts to keep the man alive, he passed away after municipal first responders took him to the nearby hospital.
