Air Force Reservist Tech. Sgt Tonya Peterson consults one of her governing regulations, the Holy Bible. As a chaplain's assistant, the sergeant helps minister to the spiritual needs of the 908th Airlift Wing members. In her civilian life she's helping minister to the needs of residients of Lithonia, Ga., as that city's youngest elected official.
